Should you decide to enter into a purchase agreement please note that the agreement is voidable by you upon delivering written notice of the buyer's intention to cancel within fifteen (15) days after the date of execution of the
purchase agreement by the buyer and receipt of all the items required to be delivered to him by the developer pursuant to section 718.503, Florida Statutes. The purchase agreement will also be voidable by you by delivering written notice of your intention to cancel within fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt from the developer of any amendment which materially alters or modifies the offering in a manner that is adverse to you. This requirement may not be waived.
